Kevin Moore is the Founder and CEO of Lang Analytics. He is a dynamic HR Leader with over 18 years of experience in directing complex projects that deliver organizational improvement and drive profitability. Kevin serves as a Director of People Analytics at Aon, managing Analytics project teams and delivering People Analytics solutions that bring measurable value for clients across industries. Previous to Aon, Kevin served in several in-house Leadership positions including the Director of Human Capital Analytics at Fannie Mae and Head of People Analytics at Gannett/USA Today Network. Prior to these in-house Leadership roles, Kevin spent his earlier career as a Manager and individual contributor within HR Consulting firms such as BearingPoint, PwC, and Accenture. Kevin holds a Masters in Human Resources Management and is Certified in Organizational Development and Strategic Workforce Planning.

Kevin is passionate about building high performing HR Analytics programs and teams, enhancing sales productivity, identifying ways that HR can make a measurable impact on business results through analytics, and building workforce plans that align to business strategy.
